Friday Night Sew In

YESSSSS, I am finally going to participate in a Friday night sew in!! Want to join me? Just click on the link on my side bar to join in the fun. There are even prizes for some lucky people, 4 of them to be exact. What are you waiting for, go sign up NOW!!

I was walking through the lab this morning when a woman from another lab came up to me and said, "You're just getting smaller and smaller. I want to be on your plan!" LOL. That made me feel so good! She asked me what I have been doing and I shared with her. I think it was just the boost I have been needing.

I have been a very bad girl with all my buying. I guess I have been trying to stimulate the economy all by myself. I am going to try to control myself now *VBG*. In the meantime I thought you might like to see the awesome FQ bundle I just bought. Who doesn't love Hope Valley?

The buying will be done on Friday. PTM and I are going on a road trip and have placed a pre order for pick up. That should end my quilty purchases for the year, I think. Then there is just some Christmas shopping to do. I am making a few of my Christmas gifts this year. I don't usually make many gifts for Christmas but am doing some this year. I am hoping to get them finished soon so I can get the tree up the weekend of Thanksgiving. Oh, wait, I forgot, DH and I will be going to Shipshewana the week of Thanksgiving so there may be just a little more quilty shopping, but not too much! I am planning on some serious de-stashing in 2011, so stay tuned to see how that works out for me.

Oh that is an awesome fat 1/4 set. All three colors one set or individual? I am making some Christmas gifts for friends that take 5 coordinating fat 1/4. That would be 3 gifts sitting there in under your camera lens. Off to watch my 4 grandsons while daughter goes to parent teacher conferences. Boy do I remember those.
