Some Fun

I thought I would show you a photo of the unit I am considering getting for my sewing room

We need to measure to see if it will fit.

I found this amazing directions in this old magazine

To make this Modern Sewing Desk!

Pretty sweet huh??

And then, just because they were on a GREAT sale at Pink Castle, this set of half yard cuts of
Tula Pink's Salt Water!!!

So this was some of my recent fun!

Oh and cleaning out my clothes closet!
And lots of other cleaning too.
Plus 2 Zumbathons, but I can't actually show you that.

What are you doing for fun?

No way! My husband bought it the day after Christmas in the black-brown color. We got the medium sized one (not the 72 inches, I think it's 58) and 4 rattan baskets to go in some of the spots. It's for our living room. He is assembling it tomorrow. It was quite quite heavy and came in 2 or 3 boxes, but he was able to load it up and carry it in himself. How funny! When you mentioned Ikea I wondered what you'd get.

Don't you just love Ikea! Great unit for storing masses of fabric. Gorgeous fabric bundle too. You just reminded me I got Zumba stuff last Christmas... must look for it! :o))

Surfing the web I found a site which had a profile of my family on it.... went "whoa !" since I am an only child of an only child etc. My Grandmother had the only child in her generation.... So I didn't really think I had much in the way of relatives! But I do! My Great-great grandmother had MANY MANY siblings and they had children etc. So I have been having fun filling in my tree!!

Love the storage unit. I wonder how big the cubes are. Great idea for your fabric. The magazine and fabric are just as sweet. Your room is going to look great.
