I have been unusually quiet lately but not because I have not been working (among other things).
I have the binding and labels done on two quilts.
My friend Cori did the binding on Sliced Apples and it looks great!!
Cori has an online shop and she is carrying one of my favorite blender lines at the moment called Running Stitches.
I'll wait while you look.
It's great right?
Her customer service is also GREAT!!
So I bet you want to see Sliced Apples now right?
This is the binding and the label.
I'm loving it.
Thank you so much, Cori, for doing the binding and for helping with the QAL.
We will have to do it again sometime soon!!
I wanted to show you Liz's fantastic quilting too, using a hairy caterpillar pattern. LOVE IT!
Just look at those caterpillars in all their hairy glory!
All Finished and ready for ETSY!
~XOP~
your sliced apples look delicious - i could do without the caterpillars (even thought they are quilted beautifully), but that's just me and my phobias talking - ha ha ha!!!
ReplyDeletebugs - eeeeeeek...
Running Stitches love it,but need it like a hole in the head!
ReplyDeleteThose caterpillars are sooooo dang cute!!
Turned out gorgeous! Ya done good... great finish, Ms Pam!
ReplyDeleteLooks good...good choice of backing fabric. It's always good to have a finish, mine is still in the pizza box!!
ReplyDeleteOh this is awesome!!! I've got a couple of charm packs I've wondered what to do with -- I think this pattern would translate beautifully! Yours is just wonderful!! And I like your stamped (?) label! Very cool!! :)
ReplyDeleteWell done, Pam, it's lovely!
ReplyDeleteThe quilt looks great! I just ordered and received some charm squares from Cori last week and she is quick like a bunny! I am going to be at the Grand Rapids Quilt show Thursday sometime between 1:30 and 2:00. Quickest I can get there from work. Just in case you are there let me know and we could meet up!
ReplyDeleteI really like it. I've never heard of or seen the caterpillar design before but it sure works on that quilt well.
