My sewing room that is! LOL. I can't even remember who I promised this photo to but I had my Jelly Roll QAL quilt all spread out on my design wall couch and it hit me that I should take a photo of this insanity! As usual, I have my kitty helpers. I don't know how I manage to get anything done with out their help! Hope you enjoy the pics!!
My quilting space is in the middle of my living room! When you walk in my front door this is the sight that greets you. Sad I know, but I love having the space.
I should have photos of Jessie's quilt tomorrow night and also, I got the tumbler quilt back so I should have some pics of that one for you too.
Things are busy as I am gearing up to leave for spring market in 7 more sleeps!!! ~XOP~

I love to see where other people create, thanks for sharing yours! I love that raspberry sashing you have around your qal blocks, lovely. xo
Ha, ha, ha - this so looks like my work space - yes the livingroom. And kat! But I can't get that kat to move, she grabs all the blocks on and around and growls, so have to wait for nap time to be over.
My cats are like yours, quilting experts.....lol
Yours if VERY much like mine. I also have mine in the living room. My work is currently hanging on the back of the couch.. but I also have a table on the side where I pile everything.. I CAN put it all away if there is planned company coming over.. but I really don't care if they see that I am a quilter.. it will give me something to talk to them about besides groceries and the weather.. LOL
I enjoy seeing others' creative spaces... and it's always good to know that their creative disarray is similar to mine!
All I need now is a quiltin' kitty!
I think the livingroom is a great place for a sewing room!...after all, Life isn't living without sewing!

As I am attempting to get my cluttered sewing room under control...my sewing area is my kitchen table!! We do what we have to do!!

PS: Yes, I have pictures!!
I know you have been showing us these blocks as you finish them but they make such an impact all together.
cant wait to see the tumbler quilt! I have been in love with them lately and Im going to have to make one. Your space is cleaner than mine though! lol
Before I retired, my living room was also my quilting/machine embroidery room. I did carve out a small space for two easy chairs and the TV. I loved living in my space. Now I have a studio building so when I am in the house, all my toys are 50 feet away.
i dunno, Pam - your living room doesn't look any different than mine - 'cept i don't have a couch and there is a bunch of baby stuff mixed in ... i peeked ahead - WOW!!! the tumbler quilt is suh-weet, and i absolutely LOVE what you've done with the quilt-along - not enough to go back and regraduate from high school just so i could get my mitts on it, but a LOT a lot a lot!
My sewing space is in my kitchen on my table. My sewing stuff sits out all the time. I don't think it has left the table since June of last year, LOL!! Youe blocks look great!
So, if I ever would visit you, I should unpack my quiltproject right outside your frontdoor. That way i can immediately sit down and quilt and let you take care of the coffee. *lol*
I can relate. That used to be my only work area when all my kids were home. It works well.
