Now for some real excitement!! I received my package from my SS in the CookyBlue Secret Santa Christmas Swap (SSCS). She is from Australia and her name is Dawn. Hi Dawn!! I am so very excited to see what it is but as you can see I have placed it under my tree and will NOT open it until Christmas!
This weekend was the church craft show with the CL's. I think we did pretty well all things considered (the economy and the snow storm!) Here are some pictures of our booth. We had LOTS and LOTS of things to sell!

I bought some really neat things at the sale. I'm sure most of you know what glass blocks are right (replacement window type things) well some clever person figured out that you can drill a hole in the side and shove Christmas lights inside. Then you can decorate them. I did this a few years ago and just made them look like presents with a beautiful bow on the top. A woman had used glass paint and painted on them at this show. So...I bought one with the MSU block "S" on it. I will take a photo when DH is gone so you can see it, but it is for him for Christmas. You know what? I was going to tell you all about what I bought but I will take some pictures tonight and tell you about it tomorrow, okay?? It will be so much more interesting that way! Except I can't show everything or tell everything as some of it is now winging its way to fellow bloggers. Maybe it's going to you?I also got the polar bear quilt back from LTW and she put snowflakes all over it and is it ever cute!! I promise, photos tomorrow. Hold your breath!! TTFN

Can you really leave that parcel unopened 'till Christmas?? Do you realise that's another fortnight? I would rip that open before I unbuttoned my coat, that's IMMEDIATELY after I enter my house and see my doormat. (are you not even squeezing it? ah, you must have squeezed it, didn't you? Hard?)

I am so pleased that this has arrived safely. Please forgive me that it is in a Sachet, however, when I arrived at the Post Office, it was in a box, and the girl behind the counter suggested a sachet instead so that it would get there in time , which meant a re-pack at the Post Office minus the scissors/tape etc for the repack. This was the first swap that I had ever signed up for , so really didnt know what to expect/what was expected etc, so I hope you like what I have done for you. I hope you and your family have an enjoyable Christmas and New Year. I have spent the day making the Christmas puddings today. Not enough hours in the day to work/sew/be a mum etc. take care
I love your tree skirt quilt. I use an old quilt under the tree, too.
